فستق حلبي
طريقة التحضير
1سخني الفرن لدرجة حرارة ٢٠٠.
2في قدر ضعي الحليب والسكر، سخني على نار متوسطة مع التقليب.
3أضيفي الحليب المحلي المكثف والكراميل، باستعمال مضرب شبك يدوي قلبي ليصبح متجانس.
4احضري طبق فرن متوسط الحجم. ضعي الخبز المحمص في الطبق.
5وزعي فوقه الفستق، اللوز، الكاجو، الزبيب، صبي خليط الحليب مباشرة فوق الخليط في الطبق.
6في طبق ضعي القشطة والحليب وقلبيها جيدا لتختلط مع بعضها.
7وزعي خليط القشطة على سطح العجينة بهدوء ليتغطى السطح قدر الإمكان.
8التزيين: ضعي المكسرات على سطح القشطة حسب الرغبة.
9ضعي أم علي في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة ليصبح سطحها ذهبي اللون.
10اخرجيه من الفرن، وزعي السكر على سطح أم علي.
11ادخلي أم علي إلى الفرن مرة ثانية الى ان يتحمر السكر.
12اخرجيها من الفرن ثم زيني بالفستق الحلبي وقدميها.
