طريقة التحضير
1ثبتي الرف الشبكي الوسط في الفرن، سخني الفرن الى درجة حرارة 180.
2 أحضري قالب تارت مقاس ٩ بوصة ذو قاعدة متحركة.
3في وعاء محضرة الطعام ثبتي الشفرة المعدنية. ضعي الدقيق، السكر،البيكنج باودر والزبدة. شغلي على سرعة متوسطة إلى أن يتكون خليط مثل فتات الخبز.
4 أضيفي البيضة والفانيليا ،شغلي على سرعة متقطعة إلى أن تتكون العجينة.
5 ضعي العجينة في القالب واضغطي عليها لتغطي القاع والحواف. وزعي مربى الكرز. ضعي القالب في البراد لمدة نصف ساعة.
6الحشو: في وعاء محضرة الطعام ضعي اللوز، السكر، الزبدة، عطر اللوز والبيض. شغلي على سرعة متوسطة ليتكون لديك خليط متجانس. وزعي الخليط على العجينة في القالب.
7 ضعي القالب في الفرن لمدة ٣٠ إلى ٣٥ دقيقة إلى أن يصبح لون التارت ذهبي مشهي.
8 أخرجي التارت من الفرن. ضعي على شبك معدني ليبرد تماما قبل التقديم.
