طريقة التحضير


1في وعاء الخلاط ضعي الحليب، الزيت ، البيض والفانيليا اخفقي لتختلط ثم اضيفي السميد ثم الدقيق بالتدريج الى ان تتكون لديك عجينة ناعمة.

2 قطعيها ٤ قطع ثم شكليها كل جزء الى ٨ قطع، شكلي كل قطعة الى كره.

3 ضعي الكرات في صينية ثم غلفيها واتركيها لترتاح.

4 الحشو : في وعاء ضعي اللوز ثم اغمريه بالماء المغلي، اتركيه بضع دقائق، قشري اللوز. دعيه يبرد تماما. في مقلاة عميقة سخني زيت ذرة، اقلي اللوز ليصبح ذهبي ثم اتركيه ليبرد تماما. ويمكنك تحميصه في الفرن بدلا من القلي، ليصبح ذهبي اللون.

5 في محضرة الطعام ضعي اللوز ، السكر والقرفة، شغلي ليصبح ناعما. اتركيه جانبا.

6 خليط النشا: اخلطي الدقيق مع النشا.

7 سخني الفرن لدرجة حرارة ١٨٠، احضري صواني قصيرة الحافة.

8 التشكيل: خذي كره من العجينة ثم رشيها بخليط النشا ثم افرديها قليلا، اتركيها ثم افردي غيرها وهكذا ثم ضعي ثمانية قطع فوق بعضها ثم افرديها مع رش النشا بين الراقات ورقها بخفة شديدة و تصبح دائرة كبيرة.

9 انثري ربع كمية الحشو على الدائرة، اقسميها من النصف الى جزئين، ابتدأي باللف من الطرف لتصلي الى نصف الدائرة، وتحصلي على اسطوانة محشية ثم إضغطي عليها قليلا لبسطها قليلا.

10 باستعمال قمع قطعي العجينة الى قطع صغيرة، ثم رصيها في الصينية مدهونة بحيث تكون متراصة بجانب بعضها.

11 للخبز: في قدر ضعي الزبدة والزيت وسخني إلى أن تذوب. وزعيها على البقلاوة.

12 اخبزي البقلاوة حوالي ٢٥ دقيقة لتصبح ذهبية اللون، ثم مباشرة صبي فوقها القطر الساخن وهي ساخنة اتركيها لتبرد تماما، ثم قدميها.
